Qingdao Qianjiu Machinery limited is located in Qingdao,north-east China. Conformity with the ISO9001:2008. Our factory produces precision ductile casting parts(spheroidal casting iron part) and grey casting iron in CT8 to CT10, but in very low cost only casted by SANDS CASTING PROCESS. Our precision casting iron parts have better appearance quality and less cutting remains than usual casting iron part. Most of our ductile (spheroidal iron)parts are used for Argriculture and heavy-duty equipment. We are especially in high quality yeild ratio in making pressure casting parts and bearing pressure casting parts of the mechinical equipments. Casting specification can usually be within the range of 0.2kg to 300kg. we can cast ASTM,ISO,DIN,JIS,BS,EN FC,FCD all series Ductile iron products and Grey iron products.The production output of company can achieve 6,000 tons casting per year. Our 95% products were exported to U.S.A., Europe, Japan and others countries. our suppliers are Cameron(USA), Punch(Japan) Finetec Century(Korea) ,ETC.
